DuitMyself may be offered as a public beta. Features, limits, pricing, integrations, and data structures may change as we improve the product. We will try to avoid disruptions, but beta software may contain bugs or incomplete behavior.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
DuitMyself is a personal finance tracking tool. It is not a bank, financial advisor, tax advisor, legal advisor, investment advisor, or accounting service. The app helps you track, organize, and understand information you provide; it does not make financial decisions for you.
Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes may be handled through app-store platform services and subscription entitlement providers. Your access to paid features depends on your active entitlement, payment status, and the plan rules shown when you subscribe.
Sen Assistant is an optional AI feature that can help interpret, draft, or summarize information. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before saving, sending, or relying on them, and Sen must not be treated as financial, tax, legal, investment, medical, or emergency advice.
If you use DuitMyself API keys, MCP tools, or other integrations, you are responsible for the systems and credentials you connect. Do not share secrets publicly, bypass limits, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt the service, or use integrations to access data you are not allowed to access. We may rate-limit, suspend, revoke, or audit API access to protect the service.
You own the financial data you enter. You give us permission to process it so we can provide, secure, support, and improve DuitMyself. You can export or delete your data, subject to backup, security, dispute, tax, legal, and operational retention needs. We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve the service.
Do not use DuitMyself for illegal activity, fraud, spam, harassment, malware, infringement, automated abuse, model abuse, or attempts to access other users' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts, keys, or access that violate these terms or create risk for the service.
DuitMyself depends on third-party platforms and providers for hosting, authentication, email, subscriptions, analytics, monitoring, AI processing, app distribution, and other functions. Their own terms and policies may also apply, and outages or policy changes from those providers may affect the service.
DuitMyself is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Always verify important financial information independently. We are not liable for financial decisions, tax filings, payments, losses, or other actions you take based on information in DuitMyself or Sen Assistant.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Questions can be sent to privacy@duitmyself.com.
