DuitMyself is operated by Oblique Titan Digital as a personal finance tracking app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, which service providers help us run the product, and what choices you have.
We collect account details such as your email address, the financial records you choose to enter, app preferences, device and diagnostic information, waitlist or support messages, subscription entitlement information, public API keys, and API usage logs. We do not collect your bank credentials or directly access your bank accounts.
When you use Sen Assistant, we may process messages, prompts, voice transcripts, receipt images or attachments, draft actions, and the finance context you permit Sen to use. We may send that limited context to AI service providers to generate responses, extract receipt details, transcribe audio, or classify intent. Sen is optional, AI output can be inaccurate, and you should review any suggested action before saving it.
We use your data to provide and secure DuitMyself, sync your records, authenticate you, process subscriptions, provide Sen Assistant, support public API access, improve reliability, respond to requests, and understand product usage. We do not use your financial records, receipts, prompts, transcripts, or notes for advertising.
We use service providers for error and performance monitoring and privacy-gated product analytics. Product analytics events exclude financial amounts, balances, notes, names, IDs, receipt contents, document contents, and free-form text, and you can turn product analytics off in the app. Public API logs may include host, IP address, API key prefix, route pattern, status, problem code, and request duration so we can operate, secure, and troubleshoot the API.
We use service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, email, subscriptions, monitoring, privacy-gated analytics, AI features, and app-store platform services from Google or Apple. These providers process data to help us run DuitMyself, not to sell your data for marketing. We do not integrate with advertising networks.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the service, when you ask us to connect or export data, when needed to protect DuitMyself or other users, or when required by law.
We store data on cloud infrastructure and use encryption in transit and at rest where supported. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the service, security, legal, or legitimate operational purposes. AI call traces, if enabled for debugging, are admin-only, redacted where practical, and time-limited. You can request export or deletion from the app or by contacting us.
You can edit, export, or delete your financial records, disable product analytics where available, control what context Sen can use, revoke or rotate public API keys, and request account deletion. Some data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, provider systems, or records we must retain for security, dispute, tax, or legal reasons.
